To receive services, apply online. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us at (509) 477.6123. If no one is able to pick up the phone, please leave a message providing your name, number, and appointment details. We will call you back at our earliest convenience. All attorney or LLLT assistance is by appointment or at a free legal clinic.
In Person
Depending on availability, IELA may conduct in-person applications at our office, which is located at 222 W. Mission Ave., Suite 222, Spokane, WA 99201. In-person applications are typically reserved for those who do not have access to a computer or phone. All attorney or LLLT assistance is by appointment or at a free legal clinic.
**Completing an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program. All applications are reviewed by IELA staff for income and case requirements before acceptance. IELA staff will do their best to reach you within two weeks of your application to discuss how the IELA may assist you**
