Spokane Superior Court Forms

 

The Spokane County Superior Court provides forms that are specific to the Spokane Superior court system.  The forms are listed by category (Civil, General, Family Law etc.) and are free to download.

Inland Empire Legal Aid Office

 

Packets of Family Law court forms are available at the IELA office. These packets include instructions on how to fill out each form and where to file the completed forms. These forms are for free at our office to everyone.

Forms for Ferry County

Court's Automatic Temporary Order which must be filed in all cases that affect your marriage and/or seeks the establishment of a parenting plan.
Indigency Screening Form which must be filed in actions where you are asking the Court to waive certain fees and costs or appoint counsel to you at public expense.
Notice of Hearing which must be filed in order to set a hearing in all Civil and Family Law matters.
Notice Striking Hearing which must be filed when you are requesting the Court to strike a hearing that has been set on the Court's docket.
Note for Trial Setting and Certificate of Readiness which must be served and filed when a case is at issue and ready to be set for trial pursuant to Local Court Rule 40(a).
Family Law Informal Trial Selection (Form FL All Family 184) which must be filed 30 days before a trial date to request an informal trial instead of a traditional trial.  A brochure explaining the difference between an informal trial and a traditional trial can be found here.  THIS FORM MUST BE SERVED AND FILED WITH THE NOTE FOR TRIAL SETTING AND CERTIFICATE OF READINESS.

Forms for Pend Oreille County

Form packets are available for a fee ranging from $5.00 to $35.00 depending upon the number of pages in the packet. Forms are not available through the mail but may be picked up at the Pend Oreille County Clerk’s Office between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. (Pend Oreille County)
