You may make prints but ask that you do not make multiple copies.

You may only reschedule up to 3 times, then we will cancel your appointment and reject your case. 

If you do not show up to the appointment without rescheduling or canceling, we will reject your case, and you cannot reschedule.

We may cancel your appointment for any reason deemed necessary.
